Although the largest and most highly regarded hospice provider locally, Community Hospice of Northeast Florida was losing market share due to weak branding and a seismic shift in the provider market.

Solution
Concept and launch an integrated marketing campaign across five counties to differentiate Community Hospice from its competitors. Through the campaign tactics, we sought to build awareness around the benefits of hospice and palliative care, while also dispelling the myths. With a goal of driving self-referrals to grow market share, the campaign offered education to families for how and when to make the best choice for advanced care. The campaign included an email acquisition strategy where consumers exchanged their contact information for an informative handbook on hospice and palliative care, building the client’s database and sales funnel.
Our Results
Within 90 days, overall referrals were up 5% from the previous year, with consumer self-referrals up 10%.
