Enhance the reputation of SVPHC as the pediatric leader in Jacksonville providing comprehensive, high quality health care for under served and underinsured infants, children, and teens.
Increase utilization of SVPHC services by 5 percent by within 90-days span. Realize a 5 percent conversion rate as measured by those completing intake form seeking more information/schedule an appointment. Incrementally increase organic visitor traffic to SVHPC website during campaign timeframe. From October to December 2023, more than 6,700 visited the new SVPHC website with a nearly 8% conversion rate, driving overall engagement with the clinic up by 25%.
